RICHLAND COUNTY TRANSIT WILL BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY JULY 3RD, 2020 IN OBSERVANCE OF THE FOURTH OF JULY HOLIDAY. WE WILL RESUME NORMAL OPERATION ON MON JUL 6TH, 2020. An Observed Holiday is when a public federal holiday is celebrated on a date that is not the actual event's anniversary date. For example, if July 4th (Independence Day) falls on a Saturday, it is "observed" on the Friday before as a holiday.

DBE Goal For the federal fiscal year 2019-2021. The Richland County Transit Board (RCTB) has proposed a goal of .25% of expended federal funds for disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation. The RCTB participates in the State of Ohio unified certification program and encourages DBE businesses to become certified through that program, and to notify the RCTB of certification.
